New Amsterdam Invest Announces Acquisition of Commercial Property in Houston
New Amsterdam Invest N.V. (the Company, or New Amsterdam Invest, or NAI) has announced its intention to indirectly acquire a 70% interest in a commercial property located in Houston, Texas, USA. The acquisition will be facilitated through its subholding in the USA, Somerset Park Holding USA LLC, which established MACE Investments III LLC (MACE) to acquire the property in partnership. The acquisition represents a Class A commercial property comprising 3 office buildings with the potential for a fourth building, totaling approximately 392,000sf, with an occupancy rate of 77% and leased to 20 tenants.
