SPATCO Energy Solutions Acquires UST Services Corporation to Enhance Footprint in Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware Markets

SPATCO Energy Solutions, a leader in infrastructure services for petroleum, DEF, environmental, and EV markets, has announced the acquisition of UST Services Corporation. UST Services Corporation specializes in petroleum contracting services such as tank installation, service and maintenance, and environmental compliance. This strategic acquisition will bolster SPATCOs presence in the Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware markets, offering expanded service offerings to customers in these regions.

The funding from the acquisition will be used to integrate UST Services Corporations expertise into SPATCOs existing offerings, enhancing the companys capabilities and strengthening its position in the targeted markets. John Force, President and CEO of SPATCO, led the funding round for the acquisition, emphasizing the importance of reaching new markets and providing comprehensive solutions to customers. The acquisition is part of SPATCOs strategy to offer turnkey products and services across all the markets it serves.

With 89 years of industry experience, SPATCO continues to lead in fueling equipment distribution, installation, maintenance, environmental services, and EV infrastructure.
